International experience exchange: CFC–Royal and IIPC

On 28 January 2026, the Royal Federal Canine Club took part in an experience-exchange seminar organised by the International Institute of Professional Cynology, in partnership with Kennel Club URCT (Algeria), under the aegis of the World Dog Federation. The meeting was moderated by Gabriel Djibril Kaci-chaouche, Vice-President of the WDF, and the programme was coordinated with the direct involvement of Alexandru Paul Ciolac.

The Romanian side was represented by: Mihail Cosmin Neagu, Flavian Savescu, Mihail Sorin Iacob, Georgeta Mihaela Chivu, Andreea-Daniela Popescu, Iuliana Ramona Ciolac and Alexandru Paul Ciolac.

In the period ahead, several similar sessions will be organised, dedicated to the evaluation of the dog’s aesthetics, character and movement in the show ring, continuing the process of professional harmonisation at international level.
