How entry works

Have the dog's details ready — pedigree number, microchip, date of birth, the parents' names and the coat colour. The competition class is based on the dog's age on the show date, not on the entry date.
The microchip is mandatory — at the show, its data must match the documents presented exactly. Without a microchip the entry cannot be submitted.
Purebred dog without a pedigree? — tick “I want a typicity pedigree”. The pedigree number is then not required. The dog is assessed in the ring and may compete for BOB and Best in Show, but cannot receive certificates (CAJC, CAC, CACIB).
Coat colour and parents — are printed in the official show catalogue. If you do not know them at entry, the secretariat can complete them until the catalogue closes.
After you submit — you receive a confirmation email. Once the secretariat checks your entry you receive the catalogue number. Entries close before the show, when the catalogue is printed.
