Access to the CFC–Royal community

Belonging to an active community of breeders, judges and specialists who share experience, information and best practices in the cynological field.

Genealogical documents reserved for members

Members may request the issuance of genealogical documents reserved for them:

  • Breeder’s Affix;
  • Certificates of Origin (Pedigree), type A;
  • Certificates of Origin (Pedigree), type B.

Type C Certificates of Origin (Pedigree) may also be requested by non-members, under the conditions provided by the World Dog Federation / Royal Federal Canine Club regulations.

The stud book: filed online, no trips and no paperwork

Members whose fee is up to date file the Mating and Whelping Declaration straight from their own account, at cfc-royal.ro/registru:

  • the registration number is issued on the spot and sent by e-mail — your proof of filing within the 90-day deadline no longer depends on anyone else;
  • a single form, with as many puppy rows as you need, instead of four printed variants: a mismatch between the litter statistics and the rows filled in becomes impossible;
  • the stud owner’s confirmation is given through a link sent by e-mail — it works for stud dogs from other associations or from abroad, with no account needed;
  • the four-generation pedigree is recorded in full, and the certificate type follows from the data: Type A if all thirty positions carry registration details, Type B if any is missing;
  • the status of your file is visible at any time in your own space, without having to ask.

Documents anyone can verify

Every Certificate of Origin carries a QR code. A puppy buyer, a judge at the ring entrance or an association abroad can check on the spot whether the document is genuine, in Romanian or English, at cfc-royal.ro/verifica-pedigree.

Registered dogs also have a public record in the stud book: the four-generation pedigree drawn out, littermates, progeny and show titles. Searching is done by certificate serial number, WDF number or microchip — not by name, because names repeat across kennels while a microchip does not.

The breeder’s name and affix are shown: breeding is a public, assumed activity. Owner details are not published.

For a breeder this means something very concrete: your work can be proven at any time, by anyone, without depending on a file forgotten in a drawer.

Training through the Judging School

Members have access to the programmes of the Centre for Cynological Competencies, with its own study platform:

  • course modules, an individual study manual and tests, tracked on a personal account;
  • judging exercises, a comparative analysis room and photo-based anatomy tools;
  • ring placements recorded and tied directly to the Club’s shows;
  • examination, certification by WDF group and entry in the public register of judges;
  • annual continuing education for judges already certified.

The path from candidate to certified judge is written down, not passed on by word of mouth: every stage has clear conditions, the same for everyone.

Shows run with the Exhibition Manager

The Club’s shows are organised with our own management system, which changes things every exhibitor feels:

  • online entry, with the age class checked as you fill the form;
  • catalogue and ring sheets generated from the same data, so they cannot disagree;
  • a live board in the hall, showing when each breed is expected in the ring;
  • results published on the website right after the event, and diplomas sent by e-mail;
  • the title history of every dog, kept from one edition to the next.

An association that builds its own tools

The association’s systems — the stud book, the school, the exhibition manager and the registry office — are not off-the-shelf software. They are built by the association, for the real work of breeders, judges and organisers, and they are connected: a title won in the ring reaches the dog’s record in the stud book; a ring placement is recorded in the candidate’s file; an issued certificate can be verified from anywhere, with a phone.

That is what a modern organisation actually means: not that it has a handsome website, but that every document it issues can be verified, every rule is the same for everyone, and members’ data is looked after — encrypted backups, access by role, and nothing on display that has no business being there.

Preferential rates

Members benefit from reduced fees for:

  • entering shows organised by the Club;
  • attending courses, seminars and training programmes;
  • products and services offered by the Royal Federal Canine Club or its partners.

Priority within the organisation’s projects

Where certain programmes, services or opportunities involve a limited number of places or selection criteria, CFC–Royal members are given priority.

Promotion of cynological activity

The Club promotes the results achieved by its members in competitions, the activity of registered kennels and the projects that contribute to the development of cynology.

Involvement in the organisation’s development

Members may take part in the Club’s projects, put forward proposals and contribute to the development of the regulations, programmes and initiatives carried out under the aegis of the Royal Federal Canine Club.

Membership requires the payment of an annual fee of 100 RON, set by decision of the Board of Directors.
