Fees and charges

Every charge applied by the association, in one place: membership, stud book documents, show entries and appeals.

In force since 1 January 2026. The prices are final — the association is not registered for VAT.

Membership

The joining fee is also the annual membership fee and covers 12 months from the date of payment.

Annual membership fee / joining fee: 100 RON
Student discount on the joining fee for new members Granted on presentation of a student card or a certificate issued by the educational institution.: −10%
Membership for people resident abroad, regardless of citizenship — first 12 months: free
Annual membership fee for people resident abroad, after the free first 12 months Payable in Romanian lei, at the exchange rate of the day of payment.: 19 EUR

Issuing a pedigree (per dog): 50 RON
Kennel name (affix): 250 RON
Express fee for issuing a pedigree (3 working days): 500 RON
Document delivery by Prioripost (Romanian Post express service): 20 RON
Correcting a pedigree issued with errors caused by the applicant: 50 RON
Judging and issuing a type C pedigree, when typicality judging was not selected at entry: 80 RON
Palmares performance booklet: 15 RON
Starter Pack performance booklet (available only for puppies listed in a mating and whelping declaration): 5 RON

The fee depends on the type of show, on membership status and on the number of dogs entered by the same owner.

Additional student discount, applied to the final show entry amount Granted on presentation of a student card or a certificate issued by the educational institution.: −10%

Typicality pedigrees are issued on the spot and free of charge, following the specialist judging held during shows.
Export pedigrees cost the same as national pedigrees.
Documents are issued within 1 to 3 months, unless the express fee is paid.
With the exception of type C pedigrees, the association does not issue documents to applicants who are not members, nor to members who have not attended at least one show organised in the 12 months preceding the request.

Payments are made by bank transfer to the association's account. After paying, send the proof together with your request.
