Centre for the Development of Cynological Competencies

The Centre for the Development of Cynological Competencies is the educational and professional structure of the Royal Federal Canine Club / World Dog Federation Romania, aiming to train a new generation of specialists able to contribute to the development of a modern, balanced and credible cynological system.
The Centre coordinates training, assessment and continuing-education programmes, with an emphasis on competence, discipline, professional ethics and respect for the dog, the breeder and the community.
Through its projects, we support the training of:
- cynological judges;
- ring secretaries and stewards;
- event organisers;
- presenters and facilitators in the cynological field;
- as well as the development of the administrative and institutional skills needed to build a modern cynological structure.
Judging School
The Centre’s first programme is the Judging School, dedicated to training future judges in accordance with World Dog Federation standards, through theoretical and practical modules.
Current stage
The interviews with the 10 candidates registered for the judge-candidate position have been completed, and the Judging School is preparing to begin its courses.

Collaboration
In training judges, the Centre collaborates with International Institute of Professional Cynology (Cynological School).

Registration for upcoming sessions is done through the candidacy platform. After registering, each candidate is contacted by the CFC–Royal team within 24–72 hours.
