Mating and whelping declaration
The mating and whelping declaration is submitted online, in the Association’s Studbook, in accordance with the Studbook Regulations (Art. 4–5).
How to submit the declaration
- Enter the register with your member code (it starts with
MBR-), at cfc-royal.ro/registru. No code yet? You receive one after your membership is verified — request it from the register page itself. - Fill in the declaration online: the parents’ details, the litter and the puppies, with the parents’ pedigree documents attached (photographed or scanned — large scans are accepted too).
- Follow your file’s progress directly in the register: you can see at any moment where it stands and what is still missing.
The submission deadline is 90 days from whelping, and the certificates are issued within at most 15 days of the complete file and the confirmed mating.
The only paper that remains
The mating is confirmed by the owner of the male, through a link received by e-mail. Only where this route is not possible does the registry office accept instead the signed paper proof of the mating, which is placed in the file (Regulations, Art. 6 para. 3).
The paper declaration forms were withdrawn when the electronic register came into operation. A declaration submitted other than online can no longer be accepted.
