The Statute
The Statute is the founding act of the Association Club Federal Chinologic – Royal: from it flow the association’s purpose, membership, governing bodies and every other regulation published on this site. It was adopted by free agreement of the constitutive General Assembly of 15 August 2023, in Râmnicu Vâlcea.
The official document exists in Romanian only — the language in which it was adopted and filed with the court. The download below is the Romanian original; the summary on this page tells you what it contains.

Why some lines are covered
The version published here is the public one. The founding members’ personal data — national identification numbers, home addresses, identity card series and numbers — and their handwritten signatures have been removed. They belong in the copy filed with the court, where the law requires them; on a public page they would help no one and could help someone with bad intentions. The founding members’ names and offices remain — they are public in any case, in the national register of associations and foundations.
The redaction is applied to the scanned image itself, not over a text layer: there is nothing underneath the bars to recover.
Amending the Statute
Under Art. 46, the Statute and the constitutive act may be amended only by decision of the General Assembly, on a proposal of the Board of Directors. Any future amendment will be published here, alongside this text.
