C.A.C.I.B. WDF — “Bucegi Cup” Străjerii Munților, 1st Edition

An international C.A.C.I.B. dog show held under the World Dog Federation on Saturday, 3 October 2026, at Cabana Bolboci (Moroeni, Dâmbovița County), in partnership with Cabana Bolboci. Organiser: Străjerii Munților Association, Collective Member of CFC-Royal.

A show dedicated to livestock guardian dogs

The “Bucegi Cup” is a special show: only livestock guardian breeds — dogs that guard and defend flocks of sheep and goats and herds of cattle — are admitted:

• Romanian shepherd dogs — Romanian Carpathian, Romanian Mioritic, Romanian Bucovina, Romanian Raven (Corb) and Romanian Bălan Shepherd Dogs;
• Russian shepherd dogs — Caucasian Shepherd Dog, Central Asian Shepherd Dog, Volkodav, Moscow Watchdog;
• Turkish shepherd dogs — Kangal, Akbash, Boz, Malakli, Anatolian Shepherd Dog, Karadeniz;
• any other livestock guardian breed (for example Tibetan Mastiff, Kuvasz, Komondor, Šarplaninac, Tornjak, Karakachan, Karst Shepherd Dog, Maremmano-Abruzzese, Bankhar, Ghadrejani).

The entry form lists only these breeds.

Entry fees

Entry fees differ at this show:

• Romanian Bălan Shepherd Dogs enter free of charge;
• members of the Străjerii Munților Association pay 50 lei per dog (flat rate);
• non-members pay 150 lei for the first dog and 75 lei for each further dog entered by the same owner.

Otherwise, the usual rules of CFC-Royal shows apply.

Entries are made exclusively online, on cfc-royal.ro: the form shows the exact fee for your dog, the organiser’s bank account and the time remaining, and confirmation arrives by e-mail immediately.
