Gabriel Djibril Kaci-Chaouche is an honorary member of the Royal Federal Canine Club, Vice-President of the World Dog Federation and President of the International Institute of Professional Cynology (IIPC).

The distinction recognises his outstanding contribution to the development of cynological education, professional training and international cooperation, as well as his direct support for the educational project “The Professional Centre for the Development of Cynological Competencies — CFC–Royal”.
